About Starla
Starla Sireno Executive Coach NYC
MA, PCC
Clients often describe Starla’s ability to quickly understand what is actually happening in a situation. She connects dots others may not see and puts language to dynamics that people sense but have not yet fully articulated.
Whether working with an individual leader, a leadership team, or a broader organizational challenge, Starla helps clients make sense of complexity and identify what may be contributing to the outcomes they are experiencing.
By introducing new perspectives and expanding awareness, Starla helps leaders see challenges more clearly. Assumptions become visible. New possibilities emerge. As understanding shifts, challenges that once felt stuck begin to move.
Clients often describe the work as thought-provoking, practical, and immediately relevant to the realities they face. The goal is not awareness for awareness’s sake, but meaningful changes in how leaders think, communicate, and operate.
Depending on the situation, Starla may incorporate frameworks such as the Integrative Enneagram® to help leaders and teams better understand recurring challenges, relationship dynamics, and patterns of behavior that may not be immediately visible.
Before becoming an executive coach and advisor, Starla held roles spanning portfolio management, product development, marketing, and client strategy. She worked within large, complex organizations including BlackRock, Charles Schwab, and Fannie Mae. These experiences continue to inform her understanding of how leadership, organizational dynamics, and business performance intersect.
Today, she serves as a strategic advisor and executive coach to CEOs, senior executives, leadership teams, and organizations navigating growth, complexity, transformation, and organizational pressure. Over the course of her career, she has coached thousands of leaders across a wide range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, high-growth technology firms, leading consulting firms, and global enterprises. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and was recognized by Coach Honors as one of the Top Coaches in America in 2025.
